Authority Meetings

Authority Meetings

In this section, you will find agendas and meeting reports for forthcoming Authority  Meetings, as well as papers and minutes relating to past meetings. These meetings are open to the public.

Procedures at Authority and Committee meetings are regulated by the Standing Orders .

Webcasting

You can watch the meetings on-demand for up to 6 month after the meeting through our webcasting portal.

Public Participation

Agendas for meetings are confirmed and published  5 working days before a meeting.

Members of the public have the opportunity to participate at South Downs National Park Authority meetings. Please see our public participation page for further information.

The Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations are in force, giving a right to members of the public to record and report on proceedings at committee meetings.
